Software Engineer

Columbus, OH

ScriptDrop is looking for software engineers to help us scale our prescription delivery product. We are already actively delivering in markets across the u.S. Engineers will help build out additional integrations, features and new products.

Responsibilities
  • Own your technical stories and assignments- from writing code, clarifying requirements, meeting project timelines, and delivering high-quality, workable features.
  • Actively participate in design and architecture for assigned projects including design reviews and code reviews.
  • Foster proactive and cooperative relationships within the project team.
  • Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Code and test elixir applications in accordance to design specifications and standards.
  • Analyze applications and make necessary changes to optimize performance.
  • Follow up with bugs in an efficient manner, including working hand in hand with test and support.
  • Work with a variety of technical and non-technical people.
  • Embrace changing requirements.
​Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with various SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).
  • Hands-on programming experience with web UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
  • Unit testing and logging.
  • Strong communication skills.

Office Manager

Columbus, OH

ScriptDrop is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team. This individual would be responsible for performing office and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct office visitors; maintain office sign-in log
  • Provide administrative support to leadership team, including clerical support, meeting scheduling, and premeeting prep
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership team
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and monitor office email accounts
  • Monitor office machines and coordinate service calls; proactively monitor office and kitchen supplies
  • Plan and coordinate Corporate/Business Office special events and functions
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Account Manager, Logistics

Columbus, OH

ScriptDrop is looking for a driven candidate who can help manage our growing network of partnered logistics providers, source and onboard new companies as well as manage and enforce operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Owns sourcing and pitching to new potential courier partners
  • Holds responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new couriers
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of the contracted couriers
  • Focuses on growing and developing existing couriers, while generating new expansions
  • Writes and maintains standard operating procedures
  • Accountable for enforcing all procedures
  • Remediates escalated courier issues
  • Acts as the key interface between the courier partners and all relevant divisions of ScriptDrop

Accounting Assistant

Columbus, OH

ScriptDrop is seeking an Accountant to add to our growing team. The Accountant will be responsible for the accounting operations of ScriptDrop, including the production of periodic financial reports and maintenance of accounting records. This person will also be in charge of account reconciliation, managing receivables and payables, processing payroll, and assisting with various administrative, financial, and risk management initiatives. In addition, the Accountant may perform light administrative services to the executive team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of accounting, including: billing; financial statements; general ledger; payroll; accounts payable; accounts receivable; tax compliance; and various special analyses
  • Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner, and accounts receivable are collected promptly
  • Maintain accounting records
  • Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
  • Process payroll weekly
  • Ensure monthly bank reconciliations are completed
Qualifications

We are looking for a demonstrated track record of seeking new challenges, learning rapidly and delivering great results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Desired skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Xero and QuickBooks online
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer Success Coordinator - Late Shift (M-F 2-10 PM)

ScriptDrop is looking for a customer success coordinator (CSC) to provide inbound and outbound phone and email support for our pharmacy and courier partners from 2:00-10:00 pm Monday through Friday. As the CSC, you will own the relationship with our pharmacy partners, who are critical to the company’s network. You will also act as a liaison internally for all resources who interact with the customer (sales, projects, support, product, etc.).

This role is the foundation to our organization and provides a diverse experience and potential to move up quickly. You will utilize an array of soft skills and technical aptitude to ensure we are delivering value to our customers, while helping the team solve problems to improve the product for the entire ecosystem. You are the voice of scriptdrop to our customers, which is a powerful responsibility and will provide you with a great foundation in healthcare. You will be challenged, empowered and encouraged to grow with the company.
