Software Engineer

Columbus, OH

ScriptDrop is looking for software engineers to help us scale our prescription delivery product. We are already actively delivering in markets across the u.S. Engineers will help build out additional integrations, features and new products.

  • Own your technical stories and assignments- from writing code, clarifying requirements, meeting project timelines, and delivering high-quality, workable features.
  • Actively participate in design and architecture for assigned projects including design reviews and code reviews.
  • Foster proactive and cooperative relationships within the project team.
  • Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Code and test elixir applications in accordance to design specifications and standards.
  • Analyze applications and make necessary changes to optimize performance.
  • Follow up with bugs in an efficient manner, including working hand in hand with test and support.
  • Work with a variety of technical and non-technical people.
  • Embrace changing requirements.
  • 2-5 years of programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with various SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).
  • Hands-on programming experience with web UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
  • Unit testing and logging.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Elixir, Erlang, or rRby is a plus./li>

Customer Success Coordinator

Columbus, OH

ScriptDrop is looking for a customer success coordinator (CSC) to provide inbound and outbound phone and email support for our pharmacy and courier partners. As the CSC, you will own the relationship with our pharmacy partners, who are critical to the company’s network. You will also act as a liaison internally for all resources who interact with the customer (sales, projects, support, product, etc.).

This role is the foundation to our organization and provides a diverse experience and potential to move up quickly. You will utilize an array of soft skills and technical aptitude to ensure we are delivering value to our customers, while helping the team solve problems to improve the product for the entire ecosystem. You are the voice of scriptdrop to our customers, which is a powerful responsibility and will provide you with a great foundation in healthcare. You will be challenged, empowered and encouraged to grow with the company.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer support matters
  • Develop relationships with our customers including pharmacies, courier companies and pharma
  • Communicate customer needs and objectives clearly and provide solutions to improve the product
  • Track key account metrics (e.G. Daily deliveries, volume fluctuations, etc.)
  • Collaborate with leadership team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively through phone interaction (inbound and outbound support)
  • Solid experience with ms office, ms excel and powerpoint
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
